| Production | ||
| At A-Tec, our production is under the most severe control in order to reach highest customer satisfaction. In handling customers' cases, we take care of the progress at each step. Professional personnel reside within every OEM/ODM stage such as design file-in, sampling, customer approval, logistics/procurement, and production. Step1: Design file-in After filing in initial design format, ID team takes action in art work construction. Step2: Sampling After the summation or work by R & D, contact is made and sample piece is delivered to buyer in pictorial or itemized piece for approval Step3: Customer Approval In this process, shall there result in any disapproval, A-Tec accepts return immediately and negotiates necessary amendment to be made so that mutual agreement on the ultimate product is set to go to utilize buyer's favor. Step4: Logistics / Procurement Upon decision, production precedes to logistics and procurement. Bounded for efficient output, A-Tec has retained strong relationship with our material suppliers so that we gain our raw materials at timeless manner. Step5: Production Product is placed on production line in our factory in DongGuan, China. In this stage, Quality Control (QC) team sets foot in and monitors every finalized product. This is to ensure that defected pieces are filtered out and reworked on. This stage normally takes 1 to 2 weeks. Step6: Customer Care Not only do we handle inquiries, but we also, follow up customers' feedback after they receive orders. A-Tec works our best to handle each and every customer, help them find solution, and work with them for maximum customer satisfaction. The whole process from taking order to delivery takes about 2 to 3 weeks. |
